Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Due to washing my hands with hand wash little too much, skin on my hands, after my wrist became too dry and started to crack open at many places showing up red patches, exposing inner muscle slightly. Skin has became darker and got too many folds, just like an 80 year old's hands. Have been using Vaseline moisturizer for last 4 days, still no use. Kindly suggest me a solution for my problem. Closing my fingers and bending wrists too causes pain. And constant burning sensation is there too.

I am an athlete who indulge in daily sweaty workouts. Which soap is best for daily bathing that can prevent skin infections (bacterial, fungal). Soaps with tea tree oil are very expensive. Is Dettol and Savlon soap a better choice?

Got biten by tick few days ago. Also having mild pain in fingers and cold (i don't if it is because of tick bite or something else).

I am a 29 Unmarried female within eggeterian diet & have experienced excessively high hairfall over last 6 months.Hair on the frontal scalp is noticeably reduced now.Got Thyroid tested(within range),Ferritin levels(8.5 vs normal 13-150)& vit D deficits at 7.1 mg/ml. Also got a USG Lower abdomen done with multiple cysts in both ovaries.However have not seen any irregular periods/lower flow volumes/excessive facial hair over the years.Got LH,FSH levels tested during my cycle & were within limits. Pls recommend whether taking iron supplements for 2-3 months will be beneficial in restoring hair health. Also will the hair that has been lost over 6 months regrow back with prolonged vitamin/iron supplements & Topical applications such as Minoxidil 2% or should i also consider treatments like PRP,mesotherapy if effective results are not visible?

Acne's appeared on whole face due Change in facial brand or face wash or skin products. Skin is oily and age 35 female.
