Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Iam suffering from hairfall especially in crown area. Can I take dht blockers without getting my blood levels checked? If to be checked what test should I do?

Whenever I wash my hair I get severe hairfall for next 24-30 hours from the roots. My scalp is oily and the lengths are rough and dry. However, there are no visible patches on my scalp. I have been facing this prob from a year now and I can notice that I have lost a lot of volume compared to last year. Last year after consulting a doc and getting myself tested I found lack of Vitamin D, for which I took suppliments.
