Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a cluster of textured bumps on my both side of cheeks. It was red and itchy and acne but healed in a month but texture and white very small bumps are still there? Can you tell me what should I apply to clear my skin Is there a possibility that it is fungal acne but it doesn't itch or something else? Please assist
