Sweaty and smelly armpits

Asked for Female, 21 Years

My armpits are sweaty and smelly since long! I want a permanent solution for this. What do u advise for this? My underarms are also black since i never used to wear sleeveless before and had used hair removal creams! I have tried cream like melaglow and retinol but not a permanent solution. Please give me a permanent solution for complete whitening, excess sweating and smell of it!
