Hey there young lady...
Understand how stressful your problem can be especially if you have to step out to a job or study etc and the staining of garments as a result of this persistent discharge.
Hidradenitis Suppuritiva is a bacterial infection involving the glands in this area that may be the diagnosis or it may just be a local abscess, cyst or sinus
Either way it needs an effective antibiotic after the pus is sent for a Culture 🧫 Sensitivity test to identify the effective antibiotics and treat it.
It may well require a surgical intervention and other medications going forward and all this will have to be decided when a more detailed history and examination/pics are forthcoming.
Next Steps
Visit your Dermatologist nearest you.
If in Bangalore, welcome across.
Else an oNline consultation with clear pics and /or video is best
Health Tips
Hygeine maintenance of the area with a pad to avoid staining the clothes but such that lint is not deposited.
Early intervention and treatment to prevent chronic recurrences
Oral isotretinoin therapy may be useful in individual cases
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
