Hey there young lady... Understand how stressful your problem can be especially if you have to step out to a job or study etc and the staining of garments as a result of this persistent discharge. Hidradenitis Suppuritiva is a bacterial infection involving the glands in this area that may be the diagnosis or it may just be a local abscess, cyst or sinus Either way it needs an effective antibiotic after the pus is sent for a Culture 🧫 Sensitivity test to identify the effective antibiotics and treat it. It may well require a surgical intervention and other medications going forward and all this will have to be decided when a more detailed history and examination/pics are forthcoming.
Next Steps
Visit your Dermatologist nearest you. If in Bangalore, welcome across. Else an oNline consultation with clear pics and /or video is best
Health Tips
Hygeine maintenance of the area with a pad to avoid staining the clothes but such that lint is not deposited. Early intervention and treatment to prevent chronic recurrences Oral isotretinoin therapy may be useful in individual cases
