How to maintain androgen levels in body not diagnosed with pcos but have male pattern hairs over body how to solve the issue

Hi, I am facing a lot of hair fall from the past few months. My hair was thick and strong. Now it breaks very easily and it falls from the roots. I lose a lot of hair during hair wash too. Even when detangled using fingers it breaks from the roots very easily. It's become weak and frizzy. What are the remedies or precautions I can follow to reduce this?

I'm a 24years old F, my hair slowly started thinning and falling especially in the frontal and temple area. I was obese earlier but now my weight is under control. I don't have pcos or thyroid. Hb level is 12. Testosterone and estrogen levels are in range . I'm also taking biotin and omega supplements. I eat well and exercise daily. Is there anything that will help me except minoxidil ?
