I'm experiencing itching and irritation on my inner thigh and genital skin from last few days. It causes discomfort while wearing my undies. I examined the skin around there today but saw no redness or rashes but the skin is getting darker and also saw few patches looking like plastic. What's the cause and how can it be treated.?

Dear sir /mam I went undergo  5 prp hair treatments . Recently 5th (one week ago) sitting has done. Actually 4th sitting was done exactly 4 months(june20 ) back. After 4 months again my hair started falling and went for 5th sitting but still my hair fall not controlled.
