Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I took 10mg of isotretinoin for 2 months. After stopping usage of the pill which was 6 months ago, I experienced hair thinning and hair loss which refuses to stop shedding. I came to know that this is because Isotretinoin has induced telogen effluviam, which should have cured itself by now since its been so long since I've stopped taking Isotretinoin. So does isotretinoin cause permanent chronic telogen effluviam? What can I do to stop my hair fall caused by it?

Hi, After researching million times on web, I think I have small red dot kinda psoriasis. Initially it was my Palms n fingers which is spreading on my arms n torso, chest underarms below neck. I am really worried & having panic attacks with watching them grow. Using Derobin and pasitrex C creams. Please assist. If this can be controlled and cured from spreading

I have migraine issues too for which I'm taking tablets like Betacap Tr80 and Tryptomer 5mg. I would like to know if both these tablets for migraine and hair growth can be taken at the same time or whether it could cause any undesired effect on my body. Also kindly advise me on the tablets which I'm taking for hair growth since I'm little concerned about whether it would cause any health issues or not.Thank you in advance

Hello doctor my sister have one pimple on above upper lips for more than 25 days. She try everything betnovate,neoclean,deriva, coconut oil etc but it didn't reduce size. Picture is attached. Please can you tell me the cause and any cream or medicine for this. She was diagnosed with pcos 6 years ago. Weight is 75 kg. Recently tried for weight loss but currently I want solution of pimple.
