Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Still there is no improvement in hand. itching, mild pain , dry skin issue. When she took medicine itching is not there. Plz suggest. Image and prescription is attached for reference.

I have been suggested to use adcin and clear gel nico gel cream for acne.can i use these creams for long time.if not please suggest  creams which I can use for longtime(whenever I get acne or acne marks)for acne and acne marks.

My mothers feet is cracked because of staying in wet surface most of the time. She is having this problem since long. She was using few ointment. It worked for sometimes, but again started. As she is staying in wet surface because of household work, It happens like that. Pls suggest some good ointment. She takes medicine for B.P. and diabetics. B.P and sugar is mostly in normal limit.
