Scar treatment
I have a history of  severe acne and now it's much better. Not much breakouts however i have acne scars on face and back with occasional hormonal acne around the mouth. How do you I go about treating the scars and avoid the hormonal acne? I dont eat sugars, junk food or dairy or drink tea, coffee, cold drinks or alcohol. I workout 5-6 times a week and maintain a healthy diet.

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Hello dear. That 'hormonal acne' you talk about, is probably due to excessive whey protein intake. Cut down on it and acne will improve. For scars, you will have to visit the clinic in person as some procedural intervention may be required.
