Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Dear sir, I asked you for better treatment for skinny treatment.help us for following problem Please find the attachment.

I have acne on my both cheeks. Lots of treatment i have done. But during the medicine it removes .But after treatment the acne is shown on skin. What to do? I eat like garam spicy food achar, dry fruit etc can cause acne. I did nit eat even 1 almond. If i take 1 almond it cause pimple in my face. What should i do?

I have dandruff problem in my hair and i take treatment from my area dermatologist for 5 months doctor will give me oil, some tubes, tablets etc and my dandruff will gone only for few time of this treatment but now after finish treatment after 1 month my dandruff will come back and make problem pls suggest what will i do I am very irritated for this problem.

I have heat boils in my forehead, it is continuously leaving Black patch. And thinning and hair loss especially in my fore head.

I had a dark under arm for which i started applying Aloe Vera gel and the darkness was reduced to a certain extent. But now its not lightning further. Please suggest some home remedies. Thanks in advanve

Hello Doctors, My father is 54 years old. He has diabetes and BP.. On an average his BP is around 132/85 and Sugar level is around 250.. He has a problem of running nose and sneezing and slight cough on a regular basis. He calls it allergy and and even take mild cold medicine presicribed by doctors here but since we live in very small town I am not sure how reliable this can be. I request you to please advice whether it's a allergy or not and how it can be treated.. he starts to sneeze with slight change in temp.. it can be early morning or afternoon when it's sunny and even with strong perfume. Please let me know what should we do and what type of medication should he take as he is diabetic regular medicines can be problematic.we got his chest X-ray(attached). Kindly advise!

I got pain on the neck, suddenly it started as a rash, and increased in size. Pain has reduced after the skin turned from red yesterday to black. But still continues this way. Been using Calamine Lotion and Dermotriad+. Wanted to know the real reason of this issue, and if incase of some prescribed medication or p precautions I need to take. Thanks Doc.
