Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I Have Redness in my back part of body. It's itching very much and I have took the medication of sapat lotion but it's not working. Suggest me better diet and how to overcome with it. What are medication for that ?!

I'm having the problem of itchiness at my lower intimate parts specially near vulva region for a week . Itching gets worse at nights that makes me uncomfortable to sleep. Although I felt the minor itching near vulva area in the past that usually last 3-4 days after having my periods and got relieved after applying coconut oil. But this time I couldn't get relief from itchiness and also rashes are appeared down there for 3-4 days. Please suggest me how can I get relief from it.

Severe itching, small breakouts., redness, dryness gradually spreading in other parts as well specially at joints and on back .

Whenever there is a jock-itch I use itch guard and it goes in two or three days. But nowadays it's recurring often and more irritable, red spots. Taking bath twice, cleaning using dettol and warm water and still no use. Can you please suggest for some permanent cure. Is there any major issue for frequent occurrence?

Getting allergic reactions after having some foods after 4 or 5 hrs and will get Allergic reactions like small rashes(mosquito bite like shape), needle sensation, little itching, 50 paise coin size swelling from 3 years. Different reactions for different foods. Almost can't have meat and fruits n now vegetables also.
