How can we get rid of pigmentation on face? What concentration of vitamin c is useful to brighten up the skin? Also is vitamin c is helpful in lightening the spots on face

Hvg thyroid tsh 5.02 nd menopausal symptoms due to hysterectomy done in 2011. Having severe hair fall from March. Earlier it was less but now it's much more. From past 4 months I'm using grocapix lotion nd biotin tablets for 2 months and then multivitamins for a month and now it's only grocapix nd a new lotion called hairgro( just started).
