I'm unmarried I'm having a rash on my groin area it started like a pimple like later it has become brown it happened below underarms also I want to know the reason what does it mean

Wart on my face (below ear) appeared 2 years back and it is growing slowly,which treatment is better-laser/homeopathy?Got many opinions so m confused ,as it is on my face can't make a try to ruin my appearance.

I'm 39 yo with oily skin and lots of pigmentation and acne scars on my face. I also routinely have active pimples on my face. I'm looking for a good retinol product to help me clear up my skin and even out the skin tone. I've tried a retinol moisturiser in the past, it didn't suit me and caused breakouts so now Im hesitant to try any retinol product. Please advise a reliable product suitable for my skin type and problems, as well as how to best use it. My skin is also very sensitive and easily irritated. From hormonal changes to environmental stressors, anything can break me out very easily and then the huge pimples take a long time to go away, almost always leaving scars behind that sit on my face for years and years.

In younger around 17 years did chemical hair straightening by a unprofessional which resulted in immediate loss of hair after 15 minutes in form of furr balls or lumps if you can call it,dont know medical term for that,after that felt rough and itchy skin since now even after 10 years or so,now hair are good due to some orgnic oil treatment but still they are not what they used to be so thick and full also now itchy and sometimes dandruff,because of lack of knowledge and limited facilities couldn't get proper medical advice for that time ,so question is: Can something be done after so many years of damage probably chemical burned treated by straightening by velocity lotion or something like that and what will be the cost ? Hii, I used feather touch alovera hair removal cream to remove pubic hairs but after using it leaves red and white rashes on my skin and i feel pain now Is it normal? Will it be okay without any medicine??

After using hydroquinone 2% cream for 1 month in last period hyperpigmentation improved mostly everywhere on back ,when I noticed white patches coming up , my dermo has asked me to take sun exposure 15min apart from other prescribed  lotion, if some other doc approve this, it will satisfy my confusion.
