Intermittent fasting can cause a calorie deficit meaning you are not consuming as many calories as you were before, which can lead to temporary hair loss, also fasting for long hours may cause stress on the body which too can precipitate hair loss, take a conscious look into your diet and make sure you are not missing out on any vitamins and minerals that is required for your skin and hair health
