Hair fall from past 5-6 months

I have been suffering from hair loss from root with black bulb attached at the end from past 5-6 month, Daily Average hair fall is around ~55 most of the hair fall happens while hair rinse. There is little feeling of irritation on scalp sometimes. previously there don't used to be any hair fall No baldness in family till age of 60.
