Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doc. On my scalp i am seeing dandruff kind of substance since 5 years. Tried oils and shampoo but not solved the issue. It's basically creamy in texture. When i scratch it sometimes blood come out.

I don't know I'm feeling like, I can see a lot of small dots at my face nowadays, can you find what it is?

My skin has become dry n itchy ...I have tried many moisturizers in the market but nothing has got me relief...could u kindly suggest me a good moisturizer which will sooth my dry n itchy skin on my face

Red painful acne/pimples started showing up on one side of my face, starting near from the sideburn towards the lips. The other side of the face is also starting to break out now. Please help. I always had clear skin. 😭

It started with small burn like thing on my leg ,after few days skin was removed and coverd with white scally skin 2 years ago, that time I was not sure that it's a skin problem and ignored it but after couple of months this bumps started to grow on my both leg but this time those were smaller, went local skin doctor ,he said it's allergy infection an gave med. After having those meds it didn't improved a bit then I went for homeopathy medecine, Dr told it's a fungul infection and gave meds ,after that I saw improvements and after few months I again quit those meds, after few months those new scares cured I thought now all will be cured ,but that first spot is healing very slowly nearly 50% healed now that spot is becoming dark but feels like natural skin as my skin complexion is dark, now I want to know what it is and what is the cure for this , because one Dr told me that this condition is incurable ,and another Dr told this is very difficult to cure I hv to go to hospital for this

My hairs are turning grey I want to reverse them so i went to the skin specialist and he gave me Jubiglow -H and neurobion forte is it.good for my hair.

I have swollen scalp and redness as well on that part with less or no itching. What should be the problem and next course of action.some ring type spot also found on hand and leg.

Redness and swell is there on my neck after bitten by a small tick, 2 month ago.so what would i do now ??mild itching z there.

Dry acne from past 1.5 yrs with acne marks Did an online consultation n took medicatn like doxy zinc tabs n bengel glocin ointments. Been 15 days change isn't seen. No period cycle issues, have normal skin type. What next ?
