Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am male 45 years old with no medication, I am feeling embarrassing on seeing black marks ony lower part of my legs which Is quite disturbing.. kindly need medical advice to get rid of this issue.

2 days before I notice red rashes it's not itchy and burn what kind of rashes this how to get rid ? Is it sing of any disease? I attached picture

I got herpes on Feb 12 , 2019 which healed whithin 2 moths but after that pimples and rashes didn't healed up which are very painfull...I got these pimples on forehead and cheek...please consult a treatment which I can follow up at home because I want to try my best to avoid medicine.

I am suffering from molloscum and using tretnin 0.05% cream as treatment with propysalic soap along with zincovit and aciloc as rx. From 5-6 days one lesions developed into wound pic attached and paining. Doctor prescribed a antibiotics for this . The red portion in wound seems hard and have constant pain. Kindly suggest why this happens and will the medicine help to cure this wound. Test results are also attached

How long does it take to treat hyperpigmentation or melasma?I have dark spots around my eyes and nose? I have started treatment with hydroquinone cream on recommendation of my dermatologist 10 days ago. Cant see a difference. Is it ok?Should we go for medication?? Please help.
