Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I have completed 4 months of isotroin 20mg. Also I have had 3 sessions of spot peel. But I still see 1-2 breakouts and not much difference in my spots after peel. 1) Is this treatment working for me? 2) Should I stop isotroin and start any other specific spot peel treatment?
