I have MILD hyperhydrosis. I feel my palms and feet soles are always moist. It causes social problems like during shaking hands and wet socks. I want to go for iontophoresis treatment . As a dermatologist from your experience can you suggest how effective iontophoresis is for my condition ? In how much time it will work... Can it stop this problem and give me a normal life ? I cant afford botox that is why i want to go for iontophoresis machine.

This dark circles problem started 10 yrs ago it is not fading. Is there any way to remove it. My appearance look more older than my age due to this. In my family no one had this kind of problem.

Have been getting hives. This problem has relapsed after 4-5 years. Was told to avoid sea food n other vegetables containing seeds. Was on Levocet M for 15 days after the course it's back. Still taking the tab alternate days as I keep getting these hives.

My mother has scars from Varicose veins / ulcer around her ankles. The skin has become rough (itches frequently) and discolored (brown). Even though she hasn't had an ulcer breakout in the last 2-3 years, the scars were not getting lighter on their own. Recently (a month back) she started using Diosmin cream, which seem to be helping with the scars. Can she continue using that on a regular basis? What other treatment can help?
