Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My skin around and two corner of my lips become black, dry and flaky. I applied vaseline and boroline but problem has not solved. It happened suddenly. I feels dry when i open my mouth and it also looks bad.is this due to sun and sea exposure or due to lip stick i dont know though i use lipstick very rarely. Seeking solution. Hi doctor, I get some acne time to time. My cheek and nose area, primarily. The T zone as they call it. There have been some scars when I popped some acne, and my nose is slightly more oily compared to the rest of my face. Blackheads on nose are pretty much always there. Is there anything other than using a facewash I should do to reduce acne and acne marks? How often should I be washing my face in a day? Can I use ointments like Acnesol-A nano gel?
