I'm having acne on my scalp, I used Ketoconazole shampoo but there hasn't been any improvement. Upon itching a bit, there is blood discharge from the acne. Please suggest any good medicine.

Used veet wax strips on upper lips, got burning sensation after use and few hours later got burn marks. Still having those marks after 12 days on incident. Have been using hexilak ointment on the scar for a week. Pls suggest treatment/ ointment ti remove scar asap.
