Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got delivery on 2015 after that I had more hair loses day by day..I thought it was the reason of thyroid problem..But I checked thyroid level it was soo minimum level which it is not the reason behind of my hair loses. I was conducting few doctors and they prefer zinc meditions..even though I tried zinc tonics but I couldn't get proper results..I was more depressed when ever I comb my hair bunch of hair comes on my hands.. please consider  my problem Kindly give resultend solutions...

I am suffering from vitiligo since 2013 and I am under allopathy treatment . My queries are (1) Can citrus fruits such as orange ,grapes, Lemon, Apple, Mango, pomegranate etc can be taken by vitiligo patient as these are rich sources of vit C and vit C has  antioxidants properties that can help in recovery of vitiligo . (2) Vitiligo patients also need to avoid nonveg foods such as Mutton,Chicken ,Fish and eggs.? It has come to my knowledge   from many people  and some online sources that in vitiligo Citrus fruits is strictly prohibited as they increase the white patches and also nonveg foods triggers the white patches. Pls help me .

I have acne all over my face. Especially on my forehead, cheek and bigger ones on the side head areas between forehead and ears. I've stopped eating nonveg since a month and consuming lentils mostly, then too the pimples are coming more and more. I'm drinking Safi every morning but no use. I'm drinking 4-5ltrs of water every day too. I'm using Bioderma facewash since 2-3 months but it doesn't help. I have a combination skin and I wash my face once every day or my skin gets dried & itchy. It's dreadful to look at my face in the mirror. What do I do, how do I overcome this agony? Help please.

I have cystic acne for quite sometime. It feels like bump on face, painful too but no pus inside it. Tried many medicine, Facewash, shampoo but no permanent cure to the condition. Is there any medicine or cream that I can apply on it so that it can cure early.

Hello sir/mam, due to side effect of medicines i got pimples on the back from 7years i m 100% sure its the side effect of medicine unfortunately i dont have the prescription of the doctor... is there any test to check which medicine cause for side effect cause i took  medicine from 2/3 doctor but pimples are there no improvement...

I am having telogen effluvium but I was recovering I lost less hair some days back but I used a hair growth serum but just after 2 uses it made me loose massive amount of hair again although I have stopped using it please tell if my hair would return to its normal cycle and loss  in the coming some days please reply to this question

Dr vivek answered my query of increased hairfall due to serum doc I am suffering from telogen effluvium because of pcos and thyroid however taking medicines for the two and from the past 8 months and by this month my hairfall was less however I started this proanagen serum and after 2 uses I lost a lot of hair now I have stopped it made my hair weak now when I touch it it falls I wanted to know if after stopping this my hairfall would be less as it was before
