Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hello Doctors, Last week I got the severe deep scratch on my neck which got healed but I see a white scar developed over the area. Can I use Glyco -12 to disappear the scar completely? Or else can laser help to completely remove this scar? Please suggest! Photos attached.

Hi Sir/Madam, I am posting this query on behalf of my daughter in law, actually she got deep skin burn on face and on her leg. She has gone with initial medication at hospital in varanasi.Now she is completely okay and physically feat.But she is still having skin burn sacre and her face and leg look very ugly due to skin burn scare. now she has grown up and written 10th board exam. I was having Telogen Effluvium issue, I have been taking treatment on hairfall from last 3-4 months. I am taking all medicines prescribed by doctor( Reelhair, Finasteride 1 MG and Androanagen  Minoxidil 5%)  regularly and also completed 4 sessions of PRP. Now hairfall is stopped completely however I noticed graying of hair and I feel that the number of white hair have been increasing from few weeks. Could you please tell me that what is the reason behind graying of hair.. Is there any side effect of Menoxidil lotion which I am applying daily?
