Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi, I'm 29 years old (Male) and have been diagnosed with malassezia on face and hyperpigmentation. I also have dandruff. Please suggest some suitable face cream and shampoos based on this diagnosis only. I won't be able to undergo further diagnosis and tests, thus, request you to please suggest suitable face cream and shampoo based on this diagnosis only.

Hair fall and hair thinning since more than six months. Taking medicine for hypothyroidism (TSH was above 8) which is very much under control now.

Is there no way to remove facial grey hair with laser.I really want to get rid of my facial hair with laser but seems all I have got is negative answers.

Area between beside the nose becomes puffy when exposed to sunlight. After using Clindamycin + Nicotinamide it becomes fine in like a month but even after putting sunscreen the progress made in that month goes in 15mins of exposure to sunlight. My allergy test is 900+ when normal level is 100. Could someone please help as when this happens it's like I've aged a lot.

I am having 2-3 spots of Sehua on my collar bone, this was intially on one side now has spread to another shoulder too, please let me know if I can apply below ointments or any other suggestions you have Clotrimazole (Lotrimin AF) cream or lotion Miconazole (Micaderm) cream

It's been I month I have been taking sotret 10 prescribed by doctor but I am still getting acne. Shall I continue taking sotret or shall I stop taking it ?

Hi im getting recurring pimple in the same spot ( nose corner) since many months.I have been prescribed acnedap gel at night on the pimple. It disappears while using acnedap but its coming back again if i stop. Can u plz suggest how many days should i use acnedap on pimple ? I used it for 5 nights previously n stopped ...it appeared after stopping. Also suggest if acne uv 30 is suitable for combination skin?

I bathing with out soap this  kind of statics dermatitis with affected my leg what kind of medicine and soap to recover this kind of dermatitis for example can use Margo soap for daily bath it will recover statics dermatitis are any kind of skin disease soap
