I have a black line under my little/pinky finger of right hand from a year, what would be the reasons for this? If this turns out to LM, Is it curable?

After some months of his birth my son have a lot of dry skin and skin will become black.. Around from many days I am experiencing some allergic pimple on skin thought body but seen here and there not continuously. I had googled and got to know might be because of increase of antihistamines. May be around 10 years back I had similar problem, Doctor had prescribed Citzine tablet.
