SKIN PROBLEM..HAVING WHITE PATCHES

Hi! I am facing small white patches on my thighs and areas near underarms! They are small for now but are growing slowly! Have just noticed it but I am confused what is it and how can it be treated ! Please let me know if there is any ointment which can help me treat this or any Homeopathy medicines?
