Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor. I have been suffering from Jock Itch for last about 3 years. Have tried various treatments, including over the counter creams and then prescription medicines after consulting doctors. While the condition improves after taking medicines, once the course is over, after a gap of few days, the problem relapses. Looking for a more permanent treatment. Kindly advice.

Thick rough and dry patches on my head which continuosly shed off dry skin discs . They are at three points and also there is excessive dandruff during winters . They have developed from almost 2 years and increasing their span slowly . I want to know apart from medicines what diet changes or lifestyle changes I can make to eliminate them .

Recently I saw a YouTube video where they we're mixing LCLT+CAFFEINE(powder) into minoxidil solution and advertising that the results are good when compared with normal minoxidil. Is it really true that minoxidil efficacy increases when LCLT+ CAFFEINE is mixed?.

My mother takes the medicines Methoxsalen tablet 10mg and Levocentrizine &Monetelukast tablets . Is there any side effect issue occur if she takes Vaccine for Covid -19 .

There's a black dot sort of thing ( it's not a complete circle ) inside my ear. It can be seen. It's not raised or anything and I noticed it back in December 2020. Is it something serious? I've noticed a similar dot on my upper inner thigh. Picture details: the first one was taken today and the second one ( which is a bit dark ) was taken on December 28th

There is some hard skin coming out of my toe. It has cracked and some more skin is coming out now. It hurts on touch also please help

I have tried different Moisturizers. But every Moisturizer is darkening my hands and feet. Kindly suggest some Moisturizer that doesn't darken my skin. My skin type is normal.
