Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

How do I use these three ingredients on my face? I have earlier used EGA cream at night and sesdermas vit c in daytime. But I also want to try sesdermas retiage and azelac ru serum but unsure how and what time of the day to use it. Can someone help me out with a routine and also some product recommendations?

Dear Doctor- looking for anti-aging suggestion and sunscreen recommendation. I have T shape screen, prone to mild acne near my period dates . At present I I use OTC hydraulic acid , vitamin c serum by minimalist brand during day and Avene Retinol cream during night . No sunscreen because I am WFH. None of the creams are working and I have started developing pimples and skin spot. for now I only use Cetaphil moisturiser and face wash+ Depimed gel Overall my skin for my age has been relatively problem free.I do take You theory collagen supplement +Vitamin E +Primrose 400g capsules.Can you suggest cream/serum for daily use

When i go for upperlip threading, the skin is white in color which seems to be discolored and veryyy pale when compared to other area of the skin Can i go for permanent hair removal treatment (electrolysis as i have pcos). And how can that white patch be reduced? Will that be back to normal when we go out in sun?? Its reallyy embarassing having a white patch around the upper lip. Please suggest !!!

Over the past year the number of grey hair i have has increased quite a bit. Before this, i only had 2 grey hair (i counted!). But for the past 1 year, lots of grey hair has started coming near my temples and forehead. Especially on the right side of my head. The left side also has but the right is much more. See pics. Why might this be happening, and any tips to help? Both of my parents only started greying post-40, same with my grandparents, and i am only in early 20s. thank you.

My father had a slight fever last evening i.e. 99.4, I gave a paracetamol as precaution and the fever went off. Since then the body temp is around 97, the O2 level is also around 98-99, no other issues. He takes medication for BP. He is 60 years and do yoga and exercise as well. Today he said that he is feeling a bit weakness and not fresh enough that he should feel. Please suggest any medication or diet. We are currently in a village of Bihar, the weather is hot during day and it changes drastically at night and becomes cold.
