Burn scar for 1.5 year old
My daughter got burns by spilling over hot water around 10 days back. Her wounds are mostly on chest, inner arms and arm pit.
We immediately applied cold water, ice rub and silverix ionix cream as first aid. We also applied T-bact cream for 10 days on open scars. Fortunately, Wounds have healed a bit, her skin has lightened a bit. But scars have still remained(pics attached).
Kindly advise if these scars will heal completely with time? Which medicine, ointment or therapy we should follow for 100% healing of the scars?

This is good thing that only colour changes are left ! Since it is in childhood there are lot of chances that it will completely go away, also for faster relief we have add up some topical ointments, but always better to get a prescription
