My doctor prescribed monodox 100mg and if not available same salt medicine will work...chemist have given Doxybond LB and lactic acid bacillus 100 mg ...is it fine ?

Hello Doctor, I am facing an issue regarding red spots which has been increasing from toes to lower thighs for more than two days and it's not stopping. It's doesn't cause any itches but a sudden sensation of itchy ness happens sometimes. I don't know the reason behind why it has started to appear. It used to come and go after three to four days but now in just a day it has increased so much that I don't no what to do. A sudden swelling started from yesterday in lower thighs and in that area the red spots have grown at large. So I need your help for solving this issue completely.
