Does shampoo bars are better to use and if they are which one is good for dry hair and does it make look hair hydrated

Hi, This is Habiba. I've been diagnosed with hypothyroidism and have been putting on weight..Other symptoms include excessive hair fall Please help me fix these symptoms.

3 month ago my both ingrow toenails surgery happen after that my half toenails grow but now 4-5 days ago my right leg toenail side skin red colour it cause pain if i press hard and i clean it with remove all pus but still it skin red and not heal what is the cause of this.

I got a itching sensation on back of my left hand just above my elbow it's like a pimple and a small black dot on it. I had itching on my elbow too but its stopped now.

Itching on both thighies and veginal areas.. Earlier it was irritate me during manesuration period but now it happens everyday.. I met doctor and he gave me medications as I told name of them but all is vain that is not working. And another one is same problem on my left hand. There is a big marks which came aftr too much irritaion on it. Plz help me to come out of this problem.

Doctor suggested nutrobril tablet for hyper pigmentation and skin lightening. But the tablet is too costly to afford. Can you please suggest alternative tablet with same composition. Thanks

Reddish- white patch on my neck region  which has increased in size. Occasional itching Excessive dandruff on my scalp. Occasional itching

I am using minoxidil solutions from last 15 days, and also taking supplements from last two months after consulting doctor, but I am not able to see any result in any hair fall stop. So how much time it will take to that I can see reduce in my hair fall. Can I use derma roller for it? How much in a week I have to use.

I am using Ceratop moisturizing cream but the perfume or smell of itt is not suiting me . Please help.

Hi good morning, I am with full of hair on whole body. I have attached a picture , frequently I am facing same issue like this . A very small live  insects on my hairy body and I have itching also.
