Hello, I have some small white patches on upper biceps and chest. I googled it up and the most relevant results say it might be Pityariasis Versicolor. Could you suggest anti fungal cream that could help me?

I had pimples on my head 6 month ago. Now they seems to becoming permanent. Wanted to get rid of those. Similarly pimple is there one on my neck and one on my knee and they also are note going away.
