I have been in medication for 10days for now for my issue. Thepain and burning sensation has been reduced, but the redness is still there on the glan. And the inflammation is still there. ?? I don't know what to do

I am having hair problem from last 1 year. My hairs are falling more. I have taken blood test report, in which I am having less vitamin D and vitamin B12. But from last month I am also taking Nutrilite cal mag d and vitamin b12 for it. But I am not able to see any result after taking vitamin supplement also. So I don't know what to do. Actually due to wfh I am leaving in sangli( Maharashtra). I am also having some problems with periods past 2 months back. I think this hair loss is due to harmonal imbalance. Please help me with this or help what can do, to whom I should approch to cure this thing. Thank you.

Since last 2 years, I am suffering from Hair Fall and Hair  Growth issue. I used to applied coconut oil, used shampoo with Reetha.. but the result was not so much fruitful..!! Now, I am applying Aloevera and Onion in my skalp in alternative days ... And thus the hair fall issue almost gone but still suffering from hair "growth" issue ... Because of this my confidence is getting low day by day... To loose my weight, I have started dieting since 1 month... though I don't follow specific any diet plan but still able to loose 1 kg by doing regularly exercising, skipping... Hi, Hope you are doing well. I am facing one issue that is my hair are not growth is stopped. I am having thin hair from my birth but now it falling to much, I am having somewhat bald at front of my head. I have taken a Blood test report also in that I was having less vitamin d and b12. Even I have started taking multi vitamin tablets by nutrilite. But it is not effect any thing. I also have whites patches near my back side of neck, and it is almost got spread to my back. One more thing, past one month, I got my period on time, but before that, I was also getting delayed in my period that is for 10 days. I am not able get why it is happening. Actually I am leaving in very rural area so cannot able to find a good doctor. Please help me with this. And suggest me something that will help.

I have acne an doctor suggested me to use tretinion 0.05% I m combination skin but I have allergic reaction to certain products ..I don't know how to use this cream .an how to protect my skin afterwards. I don't knw wat moisturizer an sun screen to use .
