I have some skin cuts on left hand, is there any way to permanently remove the marks from my hand???

I'm taking terbinafine 250mg tab 2 times a day since 6 days with a prescription from a doctor for condition of  scrotal itching and redness from a month . Since my  condition is almost cured do I still need to take the medication twice daily for 1 month or can I reduce it two 1 tab a day?

How often ketomac shampoo be used like in january is used it for four weeks and then stopped and now i can again feel dandruff can i use it again???

I recently noticed a mark on my father's scalp on the right side above the ear. It is a raised mark but doesn't pain at all on touching or pressing. We don't know since when it appeared or whether it was always there beneath the hair. Is it just a normal mark? (I've also attached a picture of the same)
