Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I don't understand why my doc has suggested Azalfy 50mg for my dry skin eczema at all as it's an immunosuppressants. It is okay to consume that? I'm also attaching the medicines list for reference, looking for experience suggestions. Been following the same med list since the last 2 months, the last 4 ( Azalfy, DT wysolone 10&5 my & pan 40) has been added to the 3 rs months prescription routine. Please guide !!

Can you please tell me the procedure or when and how to tale these medicines. I have consulted in Dr scultp only om 1 april but i forgot on how to apply these medicines. Can you help me with this?

Unfortunately, I have diagnosed with shingles last on my eyes and nose last month . Due to which I suffered from escleritis on my eye and some serious boils on nose now I have treated my shingles and escleritis but the shingles is gone but it left its scars on my nose and on one place near my eyes and below my forehead. So I need some  suggestions and solutions that how and where to get rid of the scars. Please respond as quickly as possible.
