Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I am having these black patches from last 1 month, there was itching when they started but now there is no itching. But I think they are spreading because when it started it was a small patch. Please suggest me some medicine or something to get rid of these. I have attached pictures of these patches.

I have a problem of skin allergy (hives) , now I am taking levocetrizine , my question is can I take levocetrizine after covid vaccination .

In my scrotal 4-5 nodules are formed. Is this problem can be treated by medication? Is this a bacterial infection?

I was asked to do 24 hr urine calcium test for which I was given a bottle with some chemical in it. Since, funnel was not there, I tried urinating in it directly and I think a drop of that chemical got touched to glans causing burning sensation. The chemical smells like dettol. I immediately washed it with soap. And now the burning sensation has reduced a lot. It is negligible now. Should I go for treatment? Can I ignore this?
