Developed callus below foot
I met with an accident years ago and my leg was in splinter for 3 months. Since then I had developed callus below my ankle. It is of hard nature and sometimes when I press it pains. Can you suggest anything other than surgery?

Salex L solution u can apply twice in a day.... after submerging ur foot into Lukewarm water.....
Try it for 3 months , it will help u for sure...
Otherwise , enucleation or surgery is advised.

Callous are usually very hard and do not allow easy penetration of exfoliating agents.
U can try salicylic acid solution under occlusion .
And good emollient in the morning
