Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi Doctor I have been taking azithromycin 500mg at night and 250mg at morning for the past three days. Today I had diarrhea and along with that some rashes in my stomach. Is it something to be worried about ? I am yet to take my montec LC tablet will it cure the rashes? Thanks a lot for the answers

Few red tiny itcy bumps on skin from last few days , overall 8-10 on whole body like 2-3 on bak , 2-3 on thighs etc..they go away in 1-2 days n again appears at new place. I was assuming mosq or tiny insects bite but doesnot look like insect as noone else in family facing this problem. Currently using abzorb powder from 3 days , some improvement but still problem persist. Please suggest what can it be and solution
