Beneath eyes it's being very shallow and when I smile bags appear around, this is hindering my smile

My son has developed a rash yestrday. It was 3-4 raised bumps at first ..pinkish and itchy .he scratched it saying it's itchy and when I checked today it has becom big and patch kind. He is still scratching and slight swelling is there in that area. Can you please suggest which ointment can we apply and wht could this be. 1) is it some kind of dust allergy or insect bite? 2) could this be any sign of viral( covid) or petireasis rosea related rash( he had it last year around this month ) and we used som ointment n reduced on its own in a week or two. Please suggest some medicine/ cream. Can we apply caladryl to sooth it.

I am 21 years old and last year I noticed some hair loss and thought it may be because of dandruff and tried many anti danruff shampoo , biotin and hair vitamins but nothing worked. And there is no genetics issues as well. The Hair loss is increasing rapidly and I lost half of my hair density. Please tell, what is the exact reason behind it and how it can be cured ?

Hello, From nearly a-month developed vertical/longitudnal nail ridges,nails turning in &also pain in nail-bed & dry lips & have severe morning fatigue and bodyache all day.. Also,2days back,I've done blood investigation for- CBC with tibc,thyroid profile & Crp all came normal.. And i'm taking revital H multivitamin from past 15days,but symptoms of nails are not going away, however,theirs slight improvement in my bodyache. Can you please help me out..
