I accidently applied Terbi OC tube inside my mouth because I was having some pain in my mouth , Can it have some side effects or act as posion?

From last couple of years, I am observing white spots on my hand, legs and back. Not sure what this is, i thought this could be because of dryness so i kept applying coconut oil however, nothing happened in positive sense. Need your advice...

I used creatine and testosterone booster supplement in 2019 before using these supplements my hairfall was very slow after using these supplements creatine for 9 months and testosterone booster for 3 months my hairfall turned aggressive, and my hair were not growing as similar rate as they used too, and then slowly my hair density started reducing, and hairs turned thin and a bald spot created on the right hairline part,now my hairfall is moderate but my hairs and thin and not growing fast help me plz

I'm having hairfall for last one month, got a blood test done. Everything was normal except vitamin D deficiency. I consulted with a doctor and she gave me a supplement for Vitamin D. I have a clean diet and proper exercise but there's no change in hairfall.
