Plz advise me treetment looking at my hands Actually I have habit of using excessive soap on my hands and also sanitiser...I hate to apply moisturiser because it gives me oil and grease si feeling and I usually end up washing my hands after just five minutes of application of moisturiser. I take bath thrice a day and all three times apply soap ( I have ocd of bathing) As Result of all of this my hands have become so much try and painful to the point of developing red cracks and patches Plz suggest me short term cure as I need to go on trip for some days... I have very very light spot on my cheek which is increasing. I consulted a doctor last year and she told me that it is pityriasis vercicolor. Suggested to apply lulifin and zinc tablet. Thought it is not dry, my cheek area as you can see in the pic attached is a bit white. I have tried everything but it's not helping.
