Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I got my free testosteron checked as I was suffering from oily skin and lots of acne. I got result - 3.21 Pg/ml What should I do now.

I got rashes on my forehead initially thought it's due to summer heat but  slowly spreading over the face and behind ears. Currently under gynecologist treatment for irregular periods and stress relief treatment from last cycle of period. Using My pill tablet,mactotal, lonazep 0.25, prothiaden 25 mg. Last cycle didn't face any issues but this cycle when I started using my pill on day 5 of cycle started getting rashes on skin. This cycle started using only my pill from above suggested list of tablets. Can any one suggest me please it's irritating to see them on my face

Fungal infection is cured i think but black skin is left.Can i use hydroquinone or kojic acid for it if possible

My 4 years baby girl has skin allergy in underarm please suggest medicine. She has cough and cold.i I have attached a picture also

My daughter 11months old has got some pimples or rashes on stomach and chest area.  Baby itches it a lot and when itched it becomes red.I feel it is summer rashes and applied blue calamine twice till now. I had a skin Infection on stomach 2-3 years back. I cured it using antifungal medicine and creams. It healed that time. But next summer it again appeared on my skin. Now it appears every summer. By using fungal cream its cured but it again come back next year. Also Nlnow if I itch my hand and or foot which don't have any existing rashes. A little Itching causes rashes which remains on skin for many days and cured only by fungal cream. What can be the problem. And suggest some solutions. I am attaching photos of rashes. Thank you.
