I have balck spot under my eye like dark circles. How could be removed it & what are the effective treatment or medicine please suggest me

Hi Doctor, My mom is 61years old and she diabetic, asthma patient and she has undergone bypass surgery on Nov25th 2020. Was the wound got infected and restitching was done on 2nd Jan 2021. Now she has got fungus infection under breast and armpit so dermatologist suggested Fungicross cream in the morning and  Lulibrut cream at night and also ketafung soap. Can she take both the creams on the same day? Kindly suggest me doctor. Already she is taking xyzal tablet, storvas cv10mg, corbis 2.5, lasilactone, pan40, amaryl 2mg, glycomet sr 850mg, riboflavin, fourts b, vilcretin 50mg, limcee, novomix30 flexpen 16u morning and 14u in the night. Dear Sir, My father is diabetic since many years and was not having any skin allergy etc. But since last 2 months he is getting skin rashes / like hives on body frequently like twice in a week and its itchy. I have attached the photos of the same for your review. Is it a serious condition. Can you please let me know the reasons for it and way forward for it.

Hi, i tested myself for Herpes infection and the test i done is hsv 2 igm and hsv 2 igg test after 90 days of exposure, and hsv2 igm is positive with 47.64 Au/mL and hsv 2 igg is negative with 0.54 ratio. so i am confused is it herpes infection or something else bcoz i have read that hsv 2 igg antibody is important to produce and it produces by 4-6 weeks after infection but my hsv igg is still negative after 90 days so my hsv igm is false positive ???? and why is it false positive? and do i have herpes infection or not.?
