Doctor gave me omnacortil 30mg dosage medication for psoriasis treatment which is not available in market only 20mg Or 40mg available can you pls suggest alternative dosage.

I would not suggest omnacortil. It's a systematic steroid and can give you massive rebounds. Check with your prescribing MD.

It's better u consult the same consultant, ideally indication of steroids in psoriasis is minimal so better consult him . If ur getting 20mg and 10 mg take 1 tab each . Or take 1 and half tab of 20mg .

Omnacortil is steroid....oral steroids should not be given in psoriasis... kindly consult online for proper assessment and treatment
