Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

There is redness on my leg and I want to know what disease I am having and medicines  and home remidies to cure it.

Hi Dr, My mother is suffering from itching problem and due to that there is red rashes on leg and hand. It is itching a lot, tried to use candid powder and lotion too but nothing helped.. can't go and show to any Dr offline due to corona. Please respond to this question as she is really suffering a lot due to this. The itching is happening basically on lower portion.Pls help. Thanks in advance for replying.

I sweat a lot compared any other person. I really dont know the reason. I get completely wet from top to bottom like i took a bath in sweat. I makes me feel uncomfortable.  Please advise the reason and treatment.

I have developed some kind of allergy near the ankle of my right leg not sure if eczema...but it became itchy n dry...but eventually use of neem leaves it has now dried up only dry n scar remains. But yesterday all of sudden I developed small boils on my hands n feet only..very itchy..I stay in Dahisar east which has a lot of mosquitoes not sure it's the cause..what can be immediate remedy

I've been suffering from itching and irritation in genital area since past 2 and a half months. There is no visible rash or skin inflammation. Itching is less when there is no physical movement or contact (like lying on bed). However, itching usually occurs while sitting or walking on contact with clothes and there is extreme irritation on contact with hair. Sometimes, there is pain like sensation on scrotum skin which feels like due to friction. I've also noticed more than normal movement in scrotum skin which gives a goosebump like sensation and draws attention. The frequency and intensity of itch varies on days but there has not been a single day in past 75 odd days when itching has not occurred. I've contacted dermatologists but the medications haven't really helped. I've applied moisturizers as prescribed by the doctor for dry skin. Now, Topzee M has been prescribed for allergy. I'm not sure what is causing it. Please help.

My skin is dry and sensitive but since few year my skin gets hormonal acne a-lot .. it keeps getting increased which makes skin dark with dark spot and poppy acne in like sometimes one after other so many mostly chin area and lower cheeks . How to control hormonal acne ?

I am having pimples on the face and back and sometimes it's itching also and on shoulder also same thing happens. I have dandruff also 12 months I am suffering from this.

Please suggest any cream to reduce blemishes and acne scars. My doctor had provided medicines for acne vulgaris 6 months back and that helped but I get breakouts every now and then if I moisturisw. if not the acne scars are highligjted and skin is dull. please help
