I'm having a oily skin that why having some time pimple is not an issue but from past few week there is too much pimple on my nose and checks & chin region.. What to do.. And they were increasing day by day.. Pimple on nose causes swelling also

My Dad age is 57 his past medical history. Cholecystectomy done in 2020 sept. Now present he is taking Prostagard D tab daily for enlarged prostate. Since 8 months. Now my dad ha Cherry Red moles in chest since last 8 years. But for recent now on back side he is having more than 33 Cherry Angioma red moles with no symptoms no problem. I have skin type which sometimes feel little oily sometimes dry sometimes very dry ( in winters ) .. I get occasionally acne and pimple and they leave marks .. but i have Whiteheads on my t zone all the time .. My doctor gave me salicylic acid face wash but when i use that face wash my skin feels soo stretchy that i need moisturizer immediately .. So which ingredient should i look for in face wash .. I want something which look after my pimples and marks but not dry my skin .. please suggest something ..

Hii,most of the time i experience itching sensation on my skin where metals being on contact with my skin for long time like on my stomach because of belt buckle and on my wrist because of watches with metal base.After i use to itch because of irritation it frequently comes with rashes.so i stop using belt's but still wearing watches regularly but no itching on wrist only few times. Now i just gone through a fibulo bone leg surgery 20 days ago because of an accident n placed n titanium plate with 6 titanium bolts does this titanium plate will give any bad effect to my skin or muscle??? No itching till yesterday but after the removal of stitches i got little bit itching i guess because of healing wounds but not sure.
