My heels are cracking off late. My skin is dry. Please recommend some ointment for speedy and good recovery

I have started applying Minoxidil 5 % +.1% fin and taking 1mg finastride three weeks ago and now the amount of hair Shedding has increased than usual. Does this usually happen when we start the treatment??

I am having a skin issue for the past very long time , the issue generally occured during winter season when my skin is dry and when ever i washed my skin it turned all white and itchy , i have tried all sorts of moisturizers and it never worked. When ever i wash my face i feel my skin is all tighten up and dry and itchy. Doctor i have having rashes under the eyes and on the chest both the sides. I don't know whether it's prickly heat or some king of allergy.

I get acne generally on left side of my face .the acne settles after few weeks and then comes again ..I never had this problem and since 2 yrs it is quite often. My periods are normal and I have no allergies. I'm under no medication. I'm vegetarian.
