Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I had developed black granules like spots spreaded on my both legs below knee n now it seems to be appearing below elbow of my hands. Can you suggest anything and what is its cause... please help

Hello doctor, I'm a NEET aspiring student. There is peeling of my skin of palm of hands and sole of legs. It is my birth disease. It often happens every spring season and gets well within one month. But this year it was started in November and I'm still facing it. This disease starts with uncontrollable itching which leads to yellowish colour small pimple but it doesn't pain. After cleaving of these pimples leads to peeling of skin. This disease is also seen in my paternal side that is my father, father's sisters and few cousins. But these days I'm feeling pain of strain because of bumps it is first I'm facing pain and facing more than 5 months by this disease. Also I use pure mustard oil for this and because of COVID I'm not able to show to any doctor as OPD is closed and it is affecting my NEET preparation. Hoping you will help me! Thanks!

I have been noticing that my skin is dark at my inner thighs and underarm and neck,I have used a cream QRAA and using nivea under arm roll on currently but I couldn't find any changes after a month also,as being recommend can I use retina-A(tretinion)0.025% on my affected areas? In winters my skin gets extremely dry especially on hands and between fingers,legs,face so can I use emolene cream in winters? Also can I use this cream in summers as my face becomes very oily on nose cheeks and forehead during summer season.

Had itchy Rashes occurs on hands face after eating some food and It seems like it usually occured after eating tomato . Anti histamine tablets works to remove these but is there any permanent solution for these allergy apart from leaving tomato or other food.
