My name is Ankur and I have acute problem of pimples in my face. Need some help, facing this for long time.

Diagnosed with urticaria.immunoglobulin igE, serum  level is 5.36kUA/L ..rashes comes generaly in night on whole body with sweeling on face..it started 2 months before after taking medication for cough .. Get relief after taking antihistamines but till the effect of medicine..after that again same condition.this can be due toh liver or something else?

Fungal infection on face, there is itching all around that. Skin looks really patchy and little of redness

Severe ring worm problems specially on intimate areas. From past 3months. And also now it is spreading on other areas too.

I am seeing hair falling all around my room on its own. On my pillow and my clothes. Even if I just touch my hair few strands are falling. What can be the reason for this I am very worried

As per previous prescriptions,I use Adapalene cream when I get a new pimple. In 2-3 days the pimple disappears but I have marks leftover. I tried to use Tretin from a previous prescription, but it caused black charring on my forehead. Can you please suggest any medication to remove acne marks. Photo attached

As per prescription I have taken medication.still there are red bumps. There is no more itching but still bumps in inner thighs.what needs to be done. After putting that candid powder it appered in my inner thighs. Regards.

I have no pain. Mouth ulcer also there inside the upper side of the lip. Please suggest what to do. .
