Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have a red kind of pimple like thing which has a white head on inner thigh while moving it pains a lot and when I touch it it feels hard also . It hurts badly when I walk or touch it .

I have personal issue which can be explained only to female dermatologist. Need experienced dermatology. When i tried to contact, it automatically made consultation tp Male doctor and i am unable to connect to female dermatologist. Can you please help me out..

I have recently consulted with dermatologist regarding my itching issue at body. Allegra medicine provided along with cream Halobetasol Propionate..From earlier it is better but still itching is there at some part, specially at leg Thai and lower part. After itching it becomes reddish. So please suggest what shall I do for further medicated.

There are 3 4 large boils in the scrotal skin which also aches. The skin also itches a lot and releases foul smelling thick white discharge.

My hand nails are detaching and skin under nail become so hard (thicker layer). My hands also feels so dry and in changing weather my hand finger nail and palm skin starts cracking.

Birthmark or black patches on  some parts ... plus til or moles plain  whatever don't know exactly ...on whole body ... like pic...

Subsides when medication is taken but appears the next day. Involves a lot of very uncomfortable itching and swelling.

Skin toxicity because of body peel applied many times. Experiencing fatigue and pain over the area applied. Does injecting iv fluids help in solving this?.

I have got these red spots at few places on body since april. I am little worried. Is it rashes because of summer?? Kindly tell me. I am attaching the photo.

My scalp hurt when I touch even also when I move my hairs in different directions. Sometimes this pain becomes so non tolerable. I am suffering from this pain since 2 years but now it hurts more. I don't have any red pigmentation or anything on my scalp still my scalp hurts when I touch it. Please doctor help me out of this situation. It's non- tolerable at all.
